I really want to make a Skyrim helmet papercraft too when I get the time. Hopefully, mine will end up as nicely as yours. If you don't mind, may I ask what kind of paper you used? 
I used normal printing paper, nothing fancy. I'm surprised how solid the helmet turned out in the end. Good luck with your own. Wow! I'm surprised too! It really looks amazing. Did you try wearing it, and if you did, did it fit? It fits pretty well.
I downloaded the template used for this a long time ago and have it saved on my computer. Would you like me to send you a copy?
