This is a Bosmer, a Wood Elf, as seen in the Elder Scrolls games. I did a fan art of a Nord Warrior some time ago (here: [link]) and it turned out pretty good. So I decided to do another character from the upcoming Elder Scrolls V - Skyrim.
I remember playing Morrowing with a female Bosmer once, so I decided go with it. She's not a typical Bosmer (who usually use bows, short blades and other stealthy stuff), she's a battlemage, using fire-magic and a long blade.

This picture took very long, but my experiences with the Nord picture helped me a lot. I think I'm just getting used to do these kind of pictures now, but it's still a lot of trouble for me to get things how I want them to look.

Took maybe 40 hours.

I wish Skyrim had this type of armor especially with the cape! No offense to Bethesda but after seeing this their armor isn't exactly top notch.... Unless this armor was in the game (which I doubt) but if it is I wish I could find it. The paint and piercing she has is really amazing too! And her eyes aren't red, orange, or yellow

! You'd think Bethesda would have made green eyes an option for a Bosmer. It sounds cliche but I love green eyes on a Bosmer <3 Even in one of the books in the game it talks about an interview with a Bosmer that used one-handed instead of a bow and she had GREEN eyes according to the author. Ah well, can't get everything we want into that game now can we? =] Really love this picture though. Bethesda should use these for character creation references next time!

This is amazing, I'm a miniature Sculptor. when I don't have a client I practice for myself, but i'm not good with concept art or coming up with designs. Would it be cool if I sculpted one of your pieces? I like this one alot. ( i wouldnt use it for anything except self promotion and I would credit your name to the concept art.) (i don't paint the minis)
